Our Vision
Our vision is to be the leading virtual Library serving the varied needs of scholars at Duplichain University.
Mission
The mission of our Library is to develop and augment a highly focused research collection comprised of digital holdings of over 1.5 million items covering the social sciences with particular emphasis on materials which support Duplichain University masters and doctoral degree programs in Education and Criminal Justice. Our friendly, skilled staff is dedicated to providing scholars, faculty, staff and guests with access to the information they need as well as instruction in navigating the databases in order to be able to do research necessary to become effective scholars.
The Library supports activities that are integral to the University’s mission. To this end, the Library provides resources and services which stimulate intellectual curiosity and facilitates learning and research within the academic community at large.

In pursuing its vision and mission, the Library is guided by its core commitment to improve the quality of scholars’ lives and scholarship by providing access to important and viable information online. In order to pursue its commitment to excellence, service is what the Library is all about. It recognizes its responsibility to provide vigorous, responsive and thoughtful service to all its users. It understands that its increasingly diverse group of users with varied backgrounds, skills and needs require even more careful consideration in the creation and implementation of services. We are an organization that understands its values and we seek to embody them in our work and in our direct services to our scholars and other users.
