Registrar's Office

The primary responsibilities and objectives of the Office of the Registrar are to administer the enrollment of Scholars, maintain accurate academic records of Scholars, and interact on academic matters with Scholars, faculty, administration, staff, the Board of Trustees, and the community at large. We strive for excellence in all we do, challenging ourselves to be as efficient and effective as possible and continually seeking new and improved ways of providing our services.

The Office of the Registrar is your resource for course registration and schedules, grades, transcript requests, enrollment verification, and other matters related to records and registration.  The Office of the Registrar is the primary custodian of student permanent academic records and student data for the University.  It is the responsibility of the Registrar's Office:

• To strive diligently to meet both its ethical and legal responsibilities to the University and its student body.
• To judiciously maintain and safeguard Scholars’ academic records.
• To interact knowledgably, courteously, effectively, ethically, and with the utmost discretion on matters of academic policy, rules and regulations with Scholars, faculty, staff, administration, and the Board of Trustees.
• Oversee the registration process of all Scholars, including publishing of the class schedule, and campus room assignments.

Requesting Transcripts

Official transcripts will be provided upon receipt of a written request of the Scholar. The cost is $5.00 per transcript.  Checks should be made out to Duplichain University.
All requests must contain:

• first and last name
• social security number
• date of birth
• dates of attendance
• maiden name (if applicable)
