Faculty members are recruited from across the United States and bring considerable experience in teaching and research. Many come from long academic and professional backgrounds, including teacher education and the justice system.  Our faculty are research-focused and authorities in their fields.  They carry out both pure and applied research, and many are internationally known for their work, in areas such as criminal justice process and leadership theory.  They are eager to provide help and support with low student/faculty ratios to ensure a positive and personalized experience for all students.    Our administrative personnel play a vital role in nurturing a lively global community, providing a focused and friendly learning environment in which to study and develop as a professional.  This enriches our capacity to apply current research-based practices in our teaching.
