President of the University
The chief executive officer of the University is the President who is appointed by the Board of Trustees. The President shall have general charge of the business affairs and property of Duplichain University and with the Vice Presidents general supervision over all other staff. The President has day-to-day responsibility for Duplichain, including carrying out the mission, purposes and goals of the institution. The President shall attend all Board meetings, report on the progress of the institution, answer questions of Board members and carry out duties as defined by the Board of Trustees. The President, through a defined process that includes faculty, staff and other administrators, is ultimately responsible for hiring other staff. The Board of Trustees may designate other duties as necessary.
President’s Cabinet
The President's Cabinet is composed of senior leadership from academic and administrative units on campus. The Cabinet serves as the senior management team of the University and is vested by the Board of Trustees to serves in an advisory capacity to the President and as an implementation vehicle of the University’s mission. The President's Cabinet meets weekly.
